Exercise & Weight Management Programme
We provide care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint injuries, ligament tears, tendon disorders, and degenerative conditions affecting mobility and function. Each case is assessed individually, with treatment options discussed based on clinical findings and the patient’s needs, from non-surgical management to surgical intervention and rehabilitation support.
Care is delivered through a coordinated, one-stop approach that supports patients from initial assessment through treatment and recovery, helping to streamline the overall care journey.
Care is led by an orthopaedic team with clinical training and experience in managing a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative disorders. This includes familiarity with different treatment approaches to support recovery and long-term joint function.
The clinic supports individuals across varying activity levels, including those involved in sports, with care plans adapted to their functional and recovery needs.
Our clinic is equipped with diagnostic and treatment technologies to support accurate assessment and targeted care. This includes imaging services, arthroscopic procedures for selected conditions, and ultrasound-guided injections where appropriate as part of treatment planning.
These tools support both non-surgical management and procedural care, allowing treatment to be aligned with the patient’s condition and response over time.
Treatment plans are developed based on clinical evaluation, imaging findings, and individual lifestyle needs. This approach allows care to be tailored to each patient’s condition, activity level, and recovery goals, whether they require conservative management or procedural intervention.
Plans are adjusted as recovery progresses, ensuring that each stage of care remains aligned with the patient’s functional goals.
Patients are supported throughout their recovery journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. This includes monitoring recovery progress, guiding rehabilitation milestones, and coordinating care across different stages of treatment.
Follow-up care and rehabilitation guidance help patients transition safely from treatment to daily activities, with structured support at each stage of recovery.

Patient Reviews
I’ve been taken good care by Dr Edwin and his amazing crew! I had my shoulder surgery done with Dr Edwin and recovered from 5 years worth of chronic pain and could finally go back to exercising without feeling the pinge and sleep has also since been pain free! His staff has also done a amazing job in scheduling appointments even with short notice and are always greeting their patients warmly! I’ve recommended his clinic to other friends of mine:)

Not always. Many musculoskeletal conditions can be managed with rest, physical therapy, and other non-surgical methods. Surgery is considered when symptoms persist despite conservative treatment. You’ll discuss all available options with your doctor to make an informed decision.
